The International Criminal Law database and commentary website has been developed by Mark Klamberg, a Doctoral student at the Department of Law, Stockholm University. The site provides access to case law from the International Criminal Court (ICC) and commentary on the relevant legal texts including the Rome Statute, Rules of Procedure and Evidence, Regulations of the Court and Elements of Crime. These texts are provided in full along with commentary on individual sections. The case law is arranged by trial stage.
