Car accidents - accident lawyers

Despite accident lawyers being available, many accident victims try to handle their own injury claims, hoping that the insurance company involved will settle as promptly and fairly as they advertise. Unfortunately, not all insurance companies respond in that manner. Their obligation is to their shareholders and policyholders, not to injured people. Insurance companies have enormous advantages; vast wealth, experienced loss adjusters and lawyers, and a variety of legal reasons to reduce or deny compensation.

Negotiating alone or waiting until the insurance company makes an offer can be frustrating and costly. One wrong move, one mistake, can cost you money. Delay or guessing about the value of your case can result in the loss of valuable rights and a great deal of money.

Compensation can be sought for medical bills, lost wages, car rentals and repairs and for any pain and suffering you have undergone. There are accident lawyers highly experienced in the field of car accident law.

Slip and Fall is an injury claim based on a fall that occurs on someone else's property, is caused by that property owner's negligence. Under the premises liability area of law, property owners and businesses have a duty to provide a safe environment and if they fail to do so, and someone is injured as a result, they may be held liable for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and lost wages. Consult a specialised accident lawyer.
